Fix failed publishing and disconnected channels
A failed post does not always mean the whole post failed. SocioQueue publishes separately to each destination, so one
channel can fail while the others publish successfully. Start by checking the destination status, then correct only the
unfinished work.
The error usually identifies the cause: an expired connection, missing permission, unsupported media, incomplete
platform setting, or a temporary platform response. Fix the stated issue before you retry. If approval is required in
your workspace, ensure the post is approved first.
Step-by-step
1. Open the failed post and identify the destination that did not publish.
2. Read the destination-specific error message.
3. Correct the caption, media, setting, or permission that it identifies.
4. Open Channels and confirm that the social account is still Connected.
5. Reconnect the channel if needed and verify the correct resource is selected.
6. Check that the post has approval when your workspace requires it.
7. Retry only the destination that did not publish.
