Plan a campaign

Campaigns help you manage a launch, promotion, event, or ongoing content series as one coordinated plan. A useful campaign gives the team a shared brief, a schedule, clear destinations, and a checklist for all the supporting work. The campaign is the planning layer; every generated or linked post still needs its own final review. Confirm the caption, media, channels, and scheduled time on each post before it goes into the queue. Step-by-step 1. Open Campaigns and create a new campaign. 2. Enter a name, campaign brief, launch date, time zone, and default destinations. 3. Add an item for each planned post, including its theme and planned date. 4. Create or generate the related posts. 5. Open each post and refine its copy, media, and platform settings. 6. Use the timeline and checklist to track readiness and dependencies. 7. Schedule approved posts once the campaign plan is final. Use the brief to capture the audience, goal, message, tone, links, and calls to action so everyone working on the campaign has the same context.

Use the Media Library and Canva

The Media Library is a shared source for approved images and videos. Keeping reusable assets there makes it faster to build posts and helps the team use the right version of each file. Upload only media your organization owns or has permission to use. Always review media for every destination. Social platforms have different requirements for file type, dimensions, duration, and image count, so a file that works on one channel may need an adjustment for another. Add alt text whenever it is available to make visual content easier to understand. Step-by-step 1. Open the Media Library or begin a new post. 2. Upload a new approved asset or choose an existing asset. 3. Add the selected media to the post. 4. Check the preview for every destination. 5. Add descriptive alt text where SocioQueue provides the option. 6. If Canva is enabled, export the final Canva design to SocioQueue. 7. Inspect the exported asset, remove unused files, and save the post. Before scheduling, make sure the final media version and its dimensions suit every selected destination.
