Connect a social channel
Connecting a channel gives SocioQueue permission to prepare and deliver posts for a social account your team manages.
You normally connect an account once, then reconnect it only if its token expires, permissions change, or the channel is
deliberately disconnected.
Use a social-network login that has the publishing or administrator access required for the specific Page, profile,
business account, board, or channel you want to use. Only select resources you are authorized to manage.
Step-by-step
1. In SocioQueue, open Channels.
2. Select the social platform you want to connect.
3. Sign in to that platform with an authorized user.
4. Approve the permissions requested during the connection flow.
5. In the resource picker, choose the exact Page, profile, account, board, or channel.
6. Finish the connection and return to Channels.
7. Verify that the channel is marked Connected.
If the account is missing from the picker, confirm your social-network user has the correct role on it, then reconnect
from SocioQueue.
